How it works

Robo Mow offers a high quality, sophisticated robotic lawn mowing system that will involve a custom set up for your grounds and provide you with effortless year round lawn care.

Set up and installation

We visit your site initially to understand the layout of the area to be cut so we can plan the best position for the charging station etc.

On installation day, we will place the charging station, boundary guide and GPS reference point.

We will program the mower with the working area and set up a schedule to suit your hours of work.

The robotic mower will be checked and installed.

This initial set up phase is charged at £1300 inclusive of VAT. The set up includes all of the above steps and we will ensure that your mower is working correctly.

Ongoing contract

Our annual maintenance contracts can cost as little as £10 per day* and include all the ongoing maintenance of the robotic mowing system as standard.

Our standard contract lasts a five year period, and your sixth year of grass cutting is absolutely free of charge!

Pricing will be subject to the scale of the area to be maintained and the number of mowing systems needing to be installed. An individual quote will be agreed before the contract is put in place.

*For example : A 1.3 acre grassed area would equate to £10 a day contracted over a five year period, with the sixth year free.

How does Robo Mow work?

Robo Mow offers adjustable boundaries thanks to a wire free installation which uses virtual boundaries to guide the robotic lawnmower. These are easy to install and is all included in your installation fee. We can adjust these boundaries for you and create multiple work areas within your grounds.

Improve the look of your grassed areas with our pre-programmable mowing patterns. The mower can run in parallel lines and create a variety of patterns, leaving your lawn looking in top condition.

Our system is equipped with theft protection which runs via the built in GPS system, and will track any devices that leave the designated work area. This makes the installation extra safe and minimises the risk of theft.

Husqvarna EPOS wire-free technology allows wire free operation through satellite technology, with an accuracy within approximately 2cm, meaning a robust system and accurate, quality grass cutting for you.

Robo Mow offers a fully adjustable system, via a professional app interface so we can customise your work areas with a unique time schedule, which means your mower works when you want it to, and cuts to a pre-programmed height and pattern. This allows tailored lawn care for several areas. We can also include temporary 'stay out' zones should you have to use some of your lawned area for another use.

The sophisticated Husqvarna system we use at Robo Mow is equipped with several safety sensors, which include an automatic shutdown feature if the unit is lifted from the ground. This provides the ultimate peace of mind for you, and ensures that the unit remains safe for you and the people using your grounds.
